Take the essence of Gaudí, Dalí and Walt Disney, mix it and you have Agustí.

Agustí looks back on a life full of adventures and intense experiences. He lived his whole first part of life on a rollercoaster, full of creativity, excitement and crashes. It pivoted in 2016 with a combo breakdown that catapulted him into an awakening process on speed. His life story would make an amazing Netflix series.

The challenges he went through were his personal bootcamp to strip him down to his pure essence. What used to be a curse has transformed into a blessing, and he is supporting many people in their own life journey, based on his immense wisdom and experience.

Agustí is a true renaissance man and inspiring leader. All his work and dedication goes into the world of tomorrow, where everyone can thrive instead of survive. He is not only disrupting the current status quo of science and beliefs, he offers a completely new approach and perspective with radically new ideas, creativity and inspiration. Instead of trying to solve symptoms, he goes to the root and origin, to do everything differently. Since 20 years, he has been researching and implementing new ideas and approaches with NEOGEO. His idea of putting the human and its innate creativity as driver, instead of external motivators – be it money, fame etc. speaks to everyone’s deepest desire for a different world. He is convinced that we need a second renaissance, now more than ever – to move out of the dark ages once again, and inspire with mind blowing beauty to touch people in their core. He could have compromised his ideas many times for the old ways of conditional leadership in the old paradigm (money/investors), but he stayed true to his heart to not let it fall back into what is already known and not working.
People are inspired by his incredible creativity, he’s been working with the big players in this world, including the UN and many billionaires, searching for answers.

With his complete blueprint for a new trust-based society, which includes a complete new model for economy aligned with ecology, a new way of education, new architecture in alignment with nature’s implosive way of creating, mind-blowing transformative art-experiences, a gamified, fun transition into the new paradigm, and much more, he shows that Utopia is no longer Utopia but a feasible reality with the human and personal evolution at the center. He can show that humanity is designed to be a superorganism, and that it is not too late for all of us to live a life in harmony with each other and in alignment with the universal laws of nature. Agustí has an enormous respect for history and innovation. For any project, he will go with you to the origin, to find the essence and its evolution together, in order to bring back the splendor through creativity and originality. 

For Agustí, it does not matter who you are and how big your challenge is. To be honest, the more complex and ambitious the challenge, the more he can be of service. He looks back on a broad experience of accompanying people around the globe, from the bottom to the top of the Maslow pyramid. From the most ancient club in Spain, the Circulo del Liceo founded in 1847, to the most advanced electronic music festival in the world, the Sónar Barcelona. 

Last but not least: TROVEL

I probably left TROVEL out of my references for one reason: Because although that period of my life was incredible and insane, it almost killed me. I take full responsibility for that time and the pain it caused me. I myself was putting that responsibility and pressure on my shoulders. The permanent stress of TROVEL and the startup-investment world, built up to a brain stroke. It was the last cry for help of my soul/body. I was 38 and the doctors told me that with that life rhythm and speed, I will not make 40. So I was learning to energetically and emotionally embrace all the situations and personages of my time at TROVEL as co-founder, C.E.O. and finally president. Now, after making this paragraph public in my Mr. Beyondable profile, I am already breathing lighter.

So it’s time to share some of the amazing good moments of TROVEL in a short summary here:

TROVEL was a startup for the ultimate High-End original experiences and beyond luxury accommodations. Although it started as a community for luxury cruise fans, it pivoted to luxury travel and finally to high end experiences. In a really short period of time, it made some high-score records, unseen in the Spanish Luxury Travel industry. It started in Barcelona in 2011. In 2016 it moved all activity to Miami. There, when everything was unfolding beyond a dream, it crashed. Why? Because nothing was well rooted. And above all, because it needed to be in this way. Period.

Two of the main projects in Miami I cannot disclose today. Because I still feel that they are going to come to life. But the artists, politicians, institutions, media promoters and creators, unique places and platforms that I was putting together was beyond anything that I could have ever imagined before landing in the US for the first time. Thanks to all of you beautiful people. You know who you are.

All of what was created from Barcelona, was born in an immature startup ecosystem. The investors wanted results and metrics like those of a west coast start-up, but with 100 times less fuel.  It was a great learning of what not to repeat with reference to location, partners etcetera. For me the really  important part is that TROVEL inspired and gave some glimpses of what is possible. And I learned a lot about high society, and the experiences that the upper part of the Maslow residents need in order to satisfy their ego, or in the best cases to nourish their inner child and feed their soul. 

It was astonishing to observe how a small startup that started with only 10.000 euros and the intention to be a community for cruise fans with a scalable e-commerce, ended up doing partnerships during four years in a row with the ONUArt foundation, for the Human Rights Gala at the United Nations Geneva. Beautiful Galas that I attended accompanied by TROVEL’s VIP guests, who enjoyed the concerts of Juan Diego Flórez, and Daniel Barenboim and the Weast-Eastern Divan Orchestra. 

I had the honor to also attend the 2016 Al Smith Charity Dinner at the Waldorf Astoria New York City, just after the third debate for the US elections. TROVEL’s guests from NYC and Miami, were delighted by the unforgettable speeches of the presidential candidates Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump. A truly exclusive event that is already part of the US history where TROVEL had five seats.

Last but not least, I learned that I do not have to make myself small anymore. My level of creativity, imagination, problem solving, leadership and jaw-dropping storytelling is an anomaly that I forged and I am proud of. Breaking the limitations is my daily business. And I am always ready to share my skills in the service of humanity.
