I discovered my path through a burnout that dismantled everything I thought I knew about how the world works and how I needed to fit in. It turned out to be the greatest gift of my life.

What followed was The Wake Up Experience, a blog I wrote between 2015 and 2022, sharing the raw, unfiltered process of what happens when you stop performing and start feeling. It accompanied my own journey from a mental and emotional rollercoaster to inner peace and emotional maturity, exploring awakening, consciousness, human dynamics, energetics, twin flame connections, and the slow, sometimes brutal dismantling of everything I had believed to be true about myself and the world. Over 2 million people found it, without a single euro spent on marketing. Pure resonance. That told me something.

During that same period, I worked for three years as a life coach, bringing the wisdom I was gaining through my own process into direct practice with people facing real challenges. Not as theory, but as lived experience applied to lived experience. It was there, in the one-on-one and group work, that I understood with absolute clarity: transformation is an inside job. No method can replace the willingness to face yourself.

What remained, when everything unnecessary fell away, was simplicity. And from simplicity, clarity. The blog became a book, Waking Up: An Interdimensional Experience of Resurrections, published in 2024. It compiles the entire arc: the personal awakening, the adventures with Agustí from 2018 onward, and the deeper explorations of conscious relationship. It is written for the heart, not the mind. And it is the root of everything that followed, because it was the blog that brought Agustí into my life. He read it. He recognised something. And a flight from Amsterdam to Barcelona changed everything.

What I do is translate complexity into essence. I work with people, groups, and organisations to see what is actually happening underneath the surface, to find the bridges where others see only obstacles, and to create the conditions for genuine co-creation. Not through methods. Through presence, radical honesty, and coherence between what we say and what we do.

Coherence is everything to me. People feel it. They feel when words and actions are aligned, and they feel when they are not. Trust follows coherence. It cannot be manufactured. It can only be lived.

My matter of heart: a brand new humanism where everyone thrives. Not as an ideal, but as a lived reality, built on emotional maturity, unconditional values, and the courage to be real.

I live and breathe best in the field of perceived impossibilities, where human dynamics and communication meet on a strategic level. I have a passion for finding and expressing the essence of people, groups, and organisations. I see bridges and commonalities where others see insurmountable obstacles. People tell me they appreciate my non-judgmental clarity and my ability to break down complex things into simplicity. I love to accompany people and teams toward true, joyful co-creation by helping them perceive interpersonal and interorganisational dynamics in completely new ways.

Ever since I studied international economy and business, my focus has been on a balanced stakeholder approach rather than the shareholder-value-at-all-cost model. Already back then, I could see its destructive effect on all other stakeholders, while most of my professors were still praising neo-capitalism and the central role of money as power over people and organisations. Today, it is becoming clear to more and more people that a paradigm shift is needed, one that respects one of the most important stakeholders of all: Nature.

It was clear to me early on that money would not be the driver of true innovation and harmonisation with nature. People would. Their unique talents and abilities. The focus needed to be on truly seeing and appreciating the diversity of individuals, and on understanding the immense creative power that emerges when diversity acts in synergy. A potential that, still today, lies dormant under the surface of “endless growth” and “more ROI.”

My approach: creating equality (not sameness) amongst all stakeholders, whether they bring money, creativity, manual skills, wisdom, networks, spaces, or inspiration. The new model is not a deal or a negotiation about maximising returns. It is a partnership based on respect and kindness. One team doing it together. And the base ingredient is simple yet deeply challenging for the human of today: Trust.

At GETRAG, one of the world’s leading transmission manufacturers, I had the playground I needed. As Head of Corporate and Market Communications, I researched, developed, and prototyped completely new ways of human interaction, co-creation, and communication. I left GETRAG in 2014 when it became clear the company would be sold to MAGNA. My feeling about the conservative, impersonal corporation proved right. Everything I had built was step by step dismantled and absorbed into the old hierarchical silo structures of the automotive giant.
