VerAgus: A Founding Force

We are Vera and Agustí, the core of The Beyondables and the NEOGEO INITIATIVE. Since February 2018, we have been on this journey together, guiding individuals and initiatives through transformation. We are deeply grateful for every experience and every person we have met along the way. The learning curves have been steep, sometimes brutal, always clarifying. They gave us something no theory can provide: a lived understanding of what works and what does not.

Agustí is the architect of structures, systems, and breathtaking content. Vera is the guardian of essence, keeping the flow coherent, the communication clear, and the human dynamics healthy. He builds. She essences. Together: the tandem.

This journey has brought us extraordinary people from all corners of the world and all walks of life. Respect, empathy, and integrity are present in every interaction, regardless of context. And boundaries matter. Our values are non-negotiable. They are the core of who we are.
